New Flex Use Pre-Engineered Retail & Warehouse Building

San Antonio, TX — Completed September 2025

The ground-up construction of a 7,200 SF multi-tenant retail/warehouse shell building was completed, including site development, structural systems, and the building envelope to support future tenant flexibility. Work included concrete paving and sidewalks, a pre-engineered metal building system, metal panel exterior over DensGlass sheathing, aluminum storefront entrances, and coordinated roofing systems, along with full electrical, mechanical, plumbing, glazing, exterior lighting, and life-safety systems, delivering a building ready for tenant build-out.

New Club Car Washes, Multi-Site Construction from San Antonio to the Rio Grande Valley

San Antonio/McAllen/Pharr, TX – Completed 2024, 2025

The ground-up construction of three tunnel-style car wash facilities, each approximately 6,000 SF, delivered for a single client across multiple locations. The projects were executed on overlapping schedules, requiring coordinated planning, consistent quality control, and parallel trade management. Each facility included steel roof structures, CMU exterior and interior walls, slab-on-grade foundations, and 146-foot tunnel systems with integrated vacuum stalls and pay stations. All sites were developed on previously undeveloped properties and constructed in compliance with Texas Accessibility Standards.

Project 1: Griffith Fine Arts Building — ADA Vertical Lift & Accessibility Improvements

San Antonio, TX — Completed September 2024

Renovations to the historic Griffith Fine Arts Building included the installation of a new ADA-compliant vertical lift, corridor modifications, floor level adjustments, and associated interior upgrades. Work was performed within an active academic environment, requiring careful coordination, sequencing, and adherence to accessibility and historic building requirements.
